Interracial/Intercultural Couple Therapy & Coaching

For intercultural couples and families needing personalized assistance in blending individual cultures in their family to create a unified, cohesive family culture.

  • Counseling involves personalized treatment sessions for intercultural couples/families needing more intensive interventions to establish a third culture and regain the emotional balance in their relationship/family.

  • Free initial consultation

Premarital Counseling

Preparing couples for marriage with a focus on areas such as:

  • Building a strong bond from day 1

  • Conflict patterns, escalation, and resolution

  • Maintaining a balance of togetherness and autonomy

  • Sex and intimacy

  • Cultural considerations

  • Finances, child-raising, gender roles, faith/spirituality

Hold Me Tight Online for Christian Couples

Virtual 2-day workshops (typically Friday evening - Sunday morning)

  • Max 4 couples per workshop (subject to change)

  • Workshop format:

    • Group education including reviewing information from the Created for Connection: The Hold Me Tight Guide for Christian Couples book and watching videos of real couples who worked through the 7 Hold Me Tight conversations.

    • Breakout sessions where each couple gets to work through each Hold Me Tight® conversation in their own private breakout room with assistance, as needed, from me, the facilitator!

  • Cost: $500, paid through the website. Debit and credit accepted.

  • Note: Workshops will follow the Created for Connection: Hold Me Tight for Christian couples book by Dr. Sue Johnson and Kenny Sanderfer, LMFT
